My Background

Here is a brief overview of my background and personal training qualifications;

Sport has always been a huge part of my life, in the past I played Rugby to a reasonably high level before a torn ACL and several surgeries hampered my career. I currently enjoying participating in a wide variety of sports on a social basis including; Tennis, Squash, Golf, Football, Skiing, Rock Climbing and Surfing.

Outside the world of fitness training, sports and athletics I enjoy relaxing with friends & family, devouring books, visiting exciting new places and living life to the full...who doesn't?!

Philosophy 3 = There is no perfect training system! The holy grail of fitness training does not exist. There are many different training tools and countless different training methods. Discovering what works well for you and more importantly what you enjoy doing is the challenge.
