To look, feel and perform at your best strengthening your body with smart, progressive training is a must. However, simply shooting for more and more exercise is not a wise move! Rather than chase exercise quantity we prefer to focus on exercise quality and in the process help you discover your optimal dose of athletic movement which provides the biggest return on fat loss, health and performance. Everyone has unique goals, limitations and abilities and it is our job to work within these parameters to provide you with the most rewarding training experience possible.

The ever popular ‘calories in vs calories out’ formula is an appealing but ultimately overly-simplistic view on eating for fat loss. Whilst the laws of thermodynamics and net energy-intake certainly demand respect other factors must also be considered such as food quality and the hormonal and inflammatory effects certain popular foods have on your body. Where does it take place?

Currently we offer personal training sessions across Surrey and Cornwall. As mobile personal trainers we bring the gym to you allowing you to get a great workout from the comfort of your own home or outdoors in the fresh air. Let us know where you are based and when you are able to train and we will let you know whether or not our timetables will coincide.

This point is of critical importance, too many people slave away in their training only to undo it all by filling their body with junk hours later!
